- Look up your student PIN using a student ID number and last name below:
- Once you have obtained the PIN, you will be able to complete the application process with the instructions below:
- Please sign up for your ParentConnection account.

- Once logged in, click the "Add a Student to My Account" link on the main page.

I don't know the Student ID or the PIN. Do I really need these?
Yes. Requiring the Student ID and the PIN is a security feature to maintain control of who can see personal information about your child's progress and attendance. Please obtain the Student ID number from your child before looking up the PIN.
I don't see any grades for recent assignments. What's going on?
The grades in Parent Connection appear immediately after the instructor has input the assignment grades. If you do not see a grade, it has not yet been input into the gradebook.
I don't have a ParentConnection account. How do I create one?
Please follow the directions in the Account Setup section above.
Do I have to download any software to use Parent Connection?
No. You can access Parent Connection using a web browser. Just navigate to
http://parent.cps.k12.il.us and login using your account credentials.
